My fine art photography images are protected by Pixsy. Pixsy.com monitors my site and seeks out matches of my work online. When matches are identified, Pixsy sends legal takedown notices worldwide according to specific laws and languages. Further legal action is taken when needed.

HAS COVID-19 INTERRUPTED YOUR SHIPPING?
As of April 1, 2020, production and delivery is still operational from my print partners. They are closely following CDC safety guidelines and are operating with minimal staff. Your order may take a little longer than usual. Once it arrives, please practice smart handling just like you would with any delivery these days. I hope your new artwork brings joy to your home!

WHY CAN'T I USE A COUPON TO PURCHASE BOOKS ON AMAZON?
In order to stay as environmentally friendly as possible, all books (and calendars) are printed on demand (POD) by a third party. My books are printed on paper that contains 10% recycled content. We use Blurb as the POD printer. COUPONS CANNOT BE USED TO PURCHASE BOOKS ON AMAZON. Books ordered on Amazon cannot be signed and are not eligible for discounts.
CAN I GET STUDIO SAMPLES?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ART ORDER?
We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most frame orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days - and typically arrive in 4-5 business days. Canvas orders are usually produced in 3-4 days, arriving in 5-6 business days. Next day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options will not affect processing time. You can upgrade to priority production for $9.50, creating expedited production of your order. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING POLICIES FOR THE CALENDARS?
We do our best to ensure your calendar arrives in a timely manner. In general, most printed orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days - and typically arrive in 4-7 business days in the United States via USPS Priority Mail. We ship to most international countries and orders typically arrive in 6-17 business days. We use flat-rate shippings costs of $4.95 for US shipping and $14.95 for international shipping.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact Eugene as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
